Faiçal JRIBI is a Senior Financial Engineer and a DeFi Quant Researcher. He has more than 15 years of experience in Capital Markets (Structured Products, Derivatives, Cross-Assets). Since 2019, he has also been working on Blockchain technologies and Defi. As an external researcher, he collaborated with Clearmatics and other companies on several Defi Quantitative Modeling issues and wrote several cutting-edge research notes. He developed and launched Pastries.finance, a specialized website in DeFi Quant Research and its applications to share his works. Currently, he is working on a DeFi arbitrage project using Flashbots and Flash Loans. He is a Civil Engineer at the Ecole des Mines de Paris and has a Master's in Finance at ESCP-EAP. He earned several certifications in Machine Learning and Blockchains and owns a patent on bank check digitalization and different intellectual property materials for several FinTech innovations.
